  • Avoid consuming foods high in salt

  • Eating iron-rich foods

Lupus patients are advised to increase their intake of iron- rich foods   such as green vegetables, beef liver and fish. This is to reduce the symptoms of anemia that often afflicts lupus sufferers.


  • Increase fish consumption!

Fish is a food ingredient that is rich in omega 3. Omega 3 in fish contains natural anti-inflammatory substances that are very beneficial for people with lupus because it can reduce swelling or inflammation caused by the disease.


  • Not excessive activity

During fasting, lupus sufferers are encouraged to do daily activities in a relaxed and not excessive way. If possible, reduce the activity and multiply rest. This is because the duration of rest is very important in order to maintain the stability of the body of lupus sufferers. If the pattern of rest fails to be obtained, it can reduce the health of people with lupus when fasting.
